PAIN!!!
I have a killer migraine... The pressure is not really the thing that is bothering me it's the sharp intense pains I keep getting. If you could feel a blood clot moving through your veins that is what the pain feels like...sharp at point "A" the sharp all the way to point "B". It really hurts. I am toughing it out at work which seems to make it worse because of the lights. I am in sensory overload...

oh, I'm so sorry. Migraines are the worst and to have one at work is doubly bad. I hope it's gone by now.
I'm so sorry! Although I've never had a migraine, I have had a couple of killer sinus infections. They were horrible and I know that migraines are far worse. I hope you're feeling better soon.
