Bad news!!
The house we got approved on was rented from under us. So we are back to square one again. We are limited to our looking area because Lee is still in school and can't leave the county without paying more money for classes and we want to stay in our new ward...so that leaves one city to find a house in. We did get a nice sized list from the realator helping us find something and many of them look promising. So I will keep you all posted.

Good luck. But this gives more time for de-junking. Something I wish I could have had. I hape you find a great place.
I'm so sorry - that is SO frustrating when that happens. Good luck with the house hunt!
