Ok so I guess me saying I wasn't going to dwell on not getting pregnant and guess what...it happens...

Ok I actually think its from my Dr listening to me and upping my thyroid meds...because even though I'm in the normal range per the textbooks it wasn't normal enough for my body...so she is going to monitor me closely during this pregnancy and said to make sure I let the OB know about it!!! So mid September we are having the new Story join us!!!

Weekend off...

So yesterday and today should have been me time day 6-7...I think... but since I have to work overtime next week I decided to take the weekend off...so what happens...............

My body wakes me up at 4am both days...Saturday I stayed up and took a nap later...Today I managed to fall back to sleep for a bit before Lee's alarm went off so he could go to his before church meetings...last year my weekends off we could go in together but he would stay late to meet with the missionaries...so we would drive separate anyways...well...until we have a 5th Sunday we won't be able to get the kids ready together and all the other morning stuff...but I'm a good supporting wife and don't complain to much...until it interferes with my me time...like Relief Society nights...which it did this month twice...I lodged my complaint with Lee and he totally understands because hey I need to fellowship with the sisters as much as he needs to do his calling...so next month I am free to go the the knitting class that I'm teaching...I told him I couldn't miss that class...

Ok so we got an awesome deal on a piano right after we moved to the new house...50 bucks for a nice 1950's Wurlitzer spinet...something for us to learn on and maybe upgrade later but it works so why not use it!!!

Any who, we are lucky enough to have some "transplants" in our ward...Well she teaches piano for a great price...for lessons for Rachele and I it's only 25 bucks...not sure what the going rate is but it is low enough for my budget so we are doing it!!

Any who again...lesson was today...lots of homework. But I see lots of fun...so that's good. I have some knowledge of music so that helps and we are trying to help encourage the kids with their interests in music, so Kenny has drums, a guitar and a ukalaie....Rachele has a keyboard and guitar. The piano belongs to the family as does the music maker from deserret books, my old flute from high school, and my mom's old zither! So we will be a well rounded music family...did I miss any instruments in the house? Oh and Lee's Bass guitar...So now we can rock on...

Not so much...I felt so sick I laid in bed and didn't get up until right before the kids left for school...I did manage to get in the shower and go for my first piano lesson...so much fun...I will make that a separate post!!

I got up and waited for Lee to move...I helped him get the kids ready for school...something I never do...

I even took the kids to school with him...after the kids were off to school I came home and worked on the granny square I learned how to make...I actually started a new one just to see if I had it down...not so much...I will figure it out...so it was a double me time today!!

Ok my me time today was extra sleep...Lee was coughing all night and it kept me up most of the night...he didn't even realize he was coughing when I told him this morning when his alarm went off...oh well.

I had to go into work this morning anyway to get my computer stuff checked off...we are going to electronic medical records and the program goes live on the 16th of January...we hope they have pushed the date back several times already...I got it all done in under 2 hours!!

I will try to find more fun things to blog about I promise...

So my alarm went off at 6am...I shut it off and thought why am I doing this again...and it hits me better health all the way around, so I get up and go to the bathroom (tmi) and omg the pain...its either a uti or a stone trying to pass because lack of pressure...again tmi but knowledge is power!! Any who...I rested and prayed...maybe next week I will actually get on the elliptical in the morning!

As I reflected on the past year I only posted about half of what I posted the year before...so not a blogger this past year I guess.

So one of my posts last year I think...lol, I posted that Lee and I haven't taken a family vacation since our Nebraska trip when Lee's parents lived there...in 2007 I believe. Well my SIL being the great person she is reads my blog...who knew...lol, hope I didn't say anything to offend her on here...sorry if I did...any who she makes these big plans between her my BIL and FIL. So for Christmas they bought us a vacation package...so sweet...Great Wolf Lodge here we come!! On the vacation front we really haven't had any vacations other the that Nebraska trip...not even a honeymoon. But this is so awesome!!

I'm slowly getting in the Christmas mood...I asked Lee where he wanted the tree...he said I think where the kids desks are...I said how about in the foyer? He doesn't think it will fit where I said but I want to try it anyway...

We went light hunting...waiting for the guy who goes all out to put his lights up in full swing...I might take pictures and post them.

I feel like making my Christmas cards but I'm not sure yet...if I can't get them done this weekend then I will just have to use my store bought ones from years past.

I have worked a lot of overtime and had some blessings from prayers so I feel better about our money situation!!! Tithing does work!!! But most of you that read this already know that...lol!

I promise to post some pictures once we get the decorations going!!!! I haven't posted pictures in months...

I am feeling better...I have no energy! I won't bore you with the details just say its a women thing... ;)

I still have not gotten an answer for my prayers...in time it will come. I feel better about things so maybe that's the answer...just wait!

I have stepped up my readings...bible, BOM, D&C, even some of the little handbooks the church puts out...I'm sure in time I will feel like that is helping too.

Don't Pity Party....

Ok some of you might have seen my post on FB that I want to have a pity party... I really do put decided against it after about the 10th time I cried. Lee told me to go to Heavenly Father in prayer... did that no answer yet...

Here is why...yet again I'm having pergancy symptoms but its not for me because I tested and nope only one line! So as my body likes to be over sensitive to others being pregnant I guess in time it will go away!!! I have come to my own conclusion that even though Heavenly Father gave me the answer of 3 children that maybe the one I miscarried is supposed to be the one that waits for me in heaven. Bringing me to the total of 3...while I'm not happy about this if that's what he has planned for my family so be it...who am I to question it?

Reason 2...the house we moved from the guy that owns it...that sold it with in a few days of us giving him the keys...wants $32,000 for the remainder of the balance so we are fighting it out with a lawyer and praying things go our way. I honestly think the guy thinks we have more than we do...just because my in laws have money does not mean I have money. I live pay check to pay check...

Reason 3...because I live pay check to pay check we are slowly falling into a hole...I can't pay the bills by myself and if Lee works we spend even more in daycare costs...so its not worth him working. I could pick up a second job but I'm worn out from my 1st job I'm not sure I could handle another job even if it was just one day a week.

So thats my pity party...but I've decided not to have it and just do as my husband says pray and the Lord we provide an answer...

Ok so here is the long post maybe...

Lee: finally got a calling...Ward Missionary Leader!!! Yikes!!! Ok we think we were lead to this ward for this...Lee feels very prepared for it! I'm not sure how but hey we are going to role with it.

Me: I finally got my letter from school that says I meet all graduation requirements...yippie!!! If you are my friend on FB you can see the letter!!!

I still can't blog from my laptop...kind of bummed but I can comment so I guess 50% is better than nothing...

I don't have calling yet but I'm sure it will come soon. Really wanting something with adults but I don't get to choose so I will go where I'm needed...and I'm sure I will learn from it!

I'm looking for another job not to leave my current job but to pick up more money...With Lee not working its getting tight. Plus my loans are going to be due soon and that will make it tighter!! At least the house payment is half what it was!

I feel like I'm a slug lately...I think depression might be setting in again. I will monitor it...I think some of it stems from my lack of getting pregnant. I know when Heavenly Father wants us to continue to grow our family and when its time it will happen but its very upsetting every month.

I had to have a stress echocardiogram because when I went to my new doctor the EKG showed a bundle branch block which could go either way...good or bad! Well when I went for the stress echo it was fine...prayers work!! Not cleared from the doctor yet but I'm sure its good...should get my blood test results soon too, just routine stuff but my thyroid info should be very low...I haven't taken that med in months because my old doctor stopped listening to me, so I stopped listening to him and switched doctors!

House: Lots of stuff going on...new steps off the back, new flowerbed minus the dirt and unpacking!!! We realized yesterday that we have not found our WOK so no stir fry :(

Rachele is about half way through her state testing...they do that here every year from 3rd grade through 5th...then again in Jr. high and all through high school once you pass the section in high school your done and then you get a sticker on your diploma...yes I said sticker...its crazy!! The tests are totally not anything what I learned in school when I took them so I'm sure they haven't gotten any better. Or maybe its just because we moved so much and I did not get the same schooling as everyone else!!

Kenny is loving school. He has one kid in class that has issues...to the point to were we even noticed that the teacher shows her dislike...not that she is mean to him or anything but in the morning when we drop him off she is like "Hi kids good morning...and then shes like oh hi R****...I don't want to post his name...you can hear he tone change and everything. I hope he is not in Kenny's class next year because his a bit of a bully.

We have about 1/3 of the house unpacked. Mostly because Lee has done it! Thank goodness for a stay at home dad. Our house would be lost without him. Oh and I have to take a picture of my awesome piano...just need to get some lessons...any ideas on how to find someone local?

I feel like this is going to consume me...my stomach is so upset. It has been for days. It gets better through the day and then the heartburn kicks in. One might speculate that I'm pregnant. Which would not be a bad thing...we are trying but I don't want to get my hopes up because of the extra stress of the move I might just be LATE from that...I also fear getting pregnant again because of the miscarriage a year and a half ago. I know that I did not cause the loss of that baby but I still can't help but wonder...

Ok so it might not be agony but the emotions are...

I'll keep you posted...(now that I have it out in the open I'll end up getting my period)

Testimony....

OK I don't usually jump on the testimony soap box...but I have to share.

I got an e-mail from the loan guy and he just wants to touch base on the new job and so on. I e-mail him back and tell him I will have 30 days on the job on the 20th which will also give me 2 paychecks. Later that day the realtor calls and wants to talk about the deal...which changed because they dropped the house price due to the appraisal being lower than they thought...yea us! Anyway, I was at work so I emailed my loan guy and ask him to find out because I get really bad reception at work and can't call him back.

I get and e-mail saying that our portion of closing has gone up a bit...about 2000 bucks! I thought oh no Lee is going to say never mind. So I keep thinking and find a quite moment to pray (that's hard at work) and decide I will let Lee know when I get home.

I come home and tell Lee whats up and he says that's fine. After asking why it went up. Well mostly because we have to pay the taxes...which I think is wrong as we won't be able to move in until August which is when the taxes are due but hey I'm getting my house so why push it. The other reason is because they aren't paying any closing cost because they dropped the house price from 79,900 to 65,000...again yea for us!!

So this past Sunday I was thinking yes I said thinking about paying tithes...I was thinking because I knew the money would be tight in order to make up the extra money...before leaving the house I grabbed my check book and head out. My thought was just do it. I did and guess what they money has worked out!!! SWEET!!!! We are so blessed to be able to stay on track with this. Heavenly Father most really want us to go back to our old ward...which we did like!!! I should really say love. It's the closest to our home ward (Fort Wayne) that we have found in our ward changes!! We just need a few more youngsters (in the ward) and we will be all set!!

So when I have more details on the closing and all that jazz I will be sure to post!!

So our 11 year anniversary was on the 7th and I had to work so we said we will do something fun over the weekend.

We decided to support our local farmers and go to the roadside fruit stand that we used to pass on the way up to Lee's grandpa's house...well we drive out there only to see its not open :(

We think well maybe the season is to early so we drive a little farther and see another that is open but only has flowers...not what we wanted...we keep going and found one that is open and has a limited supply of fruit. We buy about 50 bucks worth of fruit and leave.

We get home and I tell Lee that our day sucked...he says well you said that's what you wanted to do. I said to him yes that's what I wanted but I was bummed that we did not get to do exactly what we wanted. I then say we really need to start planning something for our anniversary because even last year on our 10th which is an important milestone we did not do anything from the best of my memory.

We aren't into extravagant things...like a big trip to an exotic place, a trip to Disney (only because we think the kids would not fully enjoy it), or some other big thing.

I just want a weekend away...maybe a hotel with an indoor water park or something like that. I hope next year this will be possible. With my new job they offer LOTS of perks...discounts galore at all kinds of places. Maybe just maybe for our 12th we can plan a big trip north to Great Wolf Lodge.

Well we are a one income family. We will see after the move if I need to get another job to help with the bills. Today is my moms birthday. I miss her a lot today. She would have been 66. If you look at my facebook badge on the blog that is her last birthday with us here. We were told on June 9, 2009 that she was going to die it was just a matter of time...meaning within the next few weeks. Her heart was just not strong enough to fight any more. The only thing that would save her was a transplant...well she wasn't strong enough for a transplant either, so we got them to release her from the hospital after much complaining. She had one Dr that kept saying lets see what Dr Crawford says. After hearing that for like the 100th day...ok it wasn't 100 days but it sure felt like that. My dad finally got a hold of Dr. Crawford after talking to the patient advocate and she said that she talked to all her Cardiologist friends and no one was willing to even consider looking at her. We all knew that was the answer because her family Dr was very straight forward with us. So Saturday June 13th she came home. She was fine until Tuesday...she just went down hill. We got her signed into hospice and got all the stuff we needed. That was a rough day. She was in so much pain that it was heart breaking. Well we took shifts watching her and looking for any changes. Our friend (my sisters mother in law) took a turn through the night so we could try to rest. That was Wednesday...Tuesday night my dad stayed with her. At about 11:00 pm Wednesday my phone rang. It was Cathy she said she noticed a breathing pattern change and she thought we should all be there. Lee stayed home with the kids so they could sleep and not be so crabby with mommy not getting any sleep. We all take the time to sit by her side and talk with her. As the day went on we could see she was having more pain so we called the hospice group back and the nurse came out and said yes give her more meds and it should just be a matter of time based off her breathing pattern. Lee keep the kids away for most of the day helping my dad get the paperwork at the cemetery done. We had traded our grave plots for money we owned my dad a few years earlier when mom was really sick and we were told she would only live 6 weeks!! (It was actually 5 years that she lived). Lee had the kids go to daycare for the day. He helped dad with the paperwork and was headed to get the kids when I called him and said she was gone. I actually did not say the words but he know why I was calling. My dad was picking out her casket at the funeral parlor/home! He came home and we all cried and said our goodbyes and waited for her to be picked up. Where we live if a person dies at home while in hospice the police come and wait at the house until the body is picked up. It was about an hour total but it felt like forever. The kids came in and said their goodbyes...I don't remembe Rachele crying but Lee said she cried in the car on the way over from daycare. It was very upsetting to me not to see her cry because on the Monday before Lee's mom passed and she was balling her eyes out like I have never seen before. Any way mom had a great last rights reading on Wednesday, it was odd because she had not done anything or said anything for about 24 hours, she started saying the words to the Father that came...she even told us she wanted us to be happy. My parents are Catholic so we did not ask anyone if they wanted Lee to do anything with his priesthood. I'm not sure how receptive they are to our being Mormon. So that is my stroy for the day. Sorry so long and sad. I was able to not cry while typing it!!!

That is the ever lasting question at my house...we still have a week of school left. We start later (after Labor Day) and we have a few cushion days for snow...so we get out June 15. Rachele is so ready because she hates going to bed at 830 becasue it is still daylight out! I can only imagine what my nephew is going through in Alaska since they have hit the 24 hours of daylight!!! I don't feel very bloggy here lately so if I don't comment don't take it personal. I am checking them. I just don't feel it. I think it has to do with the extra stress of the move and new JOB!!!

2 posts in one day...unheard of for me but I have to tell/ask...

Ok the new job called and made an offer...so a few things to think about...in no order
* money...23.44 an hour which is up from my current 22.72...
* right now the offer is afternoons...yuck but hey we would save money in babysitting!
* its 40 hours instead of 36 so more money there...
* benifits package is a little better...Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Dental, 403b, Aflac just to name a few...
So I have to think and pray to fully know what to do!! Plus if we are going to keep trying to have baby 3 then we have to stop for about 3 months so I can get my full FMLA. So what to do?

Okay the new palce is farther away from home so the GAS thing could be bad but I am miserable at my current job and I so wish that things would change but they aren't anytime soon. I think this is why I'm getting more migraines...I could be wrong but they are stress induced sometimes...ok thoughts?

Sallie Mae...

Ok so yesterday I vented (somewhat) on FB about Sallie Mae!! Let me give you the full details!!

So last month I called to find out if I should send anything to them for my loans so I can get them into deferement because I'm back in school and we are trying to get the home loan. I was told by the rep on the phone that they reciecved an email on the 21st saying I was back in school and that it would take 21 days to process. I took this at face value because why would someone make that up? So I have been waiting thinking sometime this week it would clear.

Well my realtor called to see if we could be ready soon...so I log on to Sallie Mae and this is what they tell me...that they have not recieved anything from my college since August of 2010...ok so what happened to the email they supposedly got last month? Further more how in the heck to they have my new loans listed from the summer semester if they have not been contacted since back then? So after about 10 minutes of the rep saying I can't speak for the last person I said is there a supervisor I can speak to? after 20 minutes of waiting the supervisor tells me the same thing but adds to speed up the process I could have the school fax my enrollment form to them and it should only take 7 buisness days at the most to process. Really??? That is what I asked last month people...I'm trying to get a loan for a house and I don't want to lose anymore money if I can't close on time because of my loans!!!

So I called my school and got a hold of the people that do the loans...not fin. aid people the other ones that I can barely say let alone spell. But anyway, I faxed her the info that she needed to fill out and she is faxing it to Sallie Mae!!! She laughed when I asked her why Sallie Mae is saying they have not recieved anything since last August?? She then said they do this all the time and she is sorry for the hassle. With any hope it will be all set by next week.

So if you need student loans from Sallie Mae and need to get a loan for any other major purchases make sure everything is all straight before you get the big loan even if you have to do the leg work...or just avoid getting loans from Sallie Mae altogether!!

I am so tired of feeling tired. I need some answers. I think I need to go see my doctor and see if my thyroid is being approperately being treated...which I feel it isn't.

Here are some thoughts to why...fel free to look up hypothyroidism...as I'm not cool enough to link things to a post...sorry...1...my skin is so dry that even my awesome cruel is not working.
2...sorry for this...I am constipated all the time!!! 3...my hair is falling out. 4...my voice is more harsh...5...I can't loss weight!!! just to name a few!!!
...........can you feel my pain........oh and if it goes out of whack to far infertility issues happen like miscarriages and not getting pregnant at all!!

Starting with Friday...my crazy weekend...plus some!

So Friday I became an aunt again...Lee's brother and wife had their first baby. A healthy BOY!! 8lbs 2oz...21 inches...no pictures yet...we didn't get to meet him yet as we were sick :(

Saturday...I had to work and my nephew Nick turned 13!!! So we had a family gathering and I joined them after work...When we got home the neighbor was having a party for his wife for her birthday so we mingled a little and then came home to go to bed!!! I was so sleepy!

Sunday...I had to work and it is Mother's Day...I had a very nice relaxing day in the ICU only to critical patients which is low for us but hey I'll take it. Lee brought the kids up to eat a late lunch and hang out for a bit. I got off work and we eat dinner...yums. We are now home and relaxing. Kids in the bath...Lee on the phone with Tyler H...me on the computer of course!!

I decided last year for mother's day I would share a pepsi with mom because it was her favorite and I can relax with her and do something she enjoyed. Well this year because I had to work I could not go today...but tomorrow I'm going after my work mandatory training about healing without harm!! Hope everyone had a good Mother's Day!!

So with Mother's Day coming...I am feeling very non motherly. Not so much that I think I'm a bad mom or anything!! I just find that it is hard to not think of my mom with Mother's Day coming. I changed my facebook profile pic to the same one my sisters have on their profile pics. So anyway I hope to "share" a Pepsi with her on Monday since I have to work on Mother's Day!!

Just a few things going on...in no order:

* the new cricut was launched today...oh how I want one...maybe after the move and I have some ideas for my old one!!

* talked to the realtor and finance guys today...we are on target for a middle of May begining of June close date!! Hurry up get here already!!!

* I have decided to start walking/jogging/running...so I ordered a jogging stroller for Kenny...that was fun looking for one that would hold him longer than a few months without paying over 300 bucks!!!

* I don't want to have a workout consume my time and thoughts...on that note calorie counting is going well...everytime I eat something my first thoughts are how many calorires and serving size. I hope to step on a scale and see some results soon...I don't want to get disappointed just yet :(

* I love that the weather is getting nicer even with the rain...the coldness is going away...I hope to stay away!

* Lee has finally (fully) gotten on the lets have another baby page...I think my miscarriage last year hurt him more than I thought...so maybe soon I will have that news too...its funny when I decide to lose wieght I think about having a baby...

* Easter was ok...I had to work so I really did not get to reflect the way I would like to have...plus it strikes me as an odd thing that I work for a Catholic Ministry hospital system and Easter is not a paid holiday or even a holiday they honor!! Other than Christmas you would think Easter would be the most important holiday! But what do I know!

* I don't think the spell check is working on blogger so forgive my spelling errors!

So Lee and I have been doing the down size thing again...more so talk no action. We want to make sure we are on the same page before we act...that said here are some of our moving thoughts...in no order...

*get rid of our couch...whether someone picks it up (donation) or it hits the curb. It is not comfy and we are sick of it.
*keep the love seat for now so we have a place to sit...the kids love to sit on us and we don't mind and its only for a little while.
*get rid of things we don't use...which really isn't much since the flood but we still have a lot to get rid of.
*our food storage is shrinking...so to conserve some room and back work we are not going to replenish it until we move...we still have food but not a huge food storage...plus my dad has offered us to "shop" at his house...take his extras off his hands and clear out his food storage...I'm sure its so he can go buy more but hey I'm not knocking free food!!
*downsize our clothes...even though we will have a very nice WIC at the new house we don't want it full from the start...we both have clothes we don't wear so why not let someone else that could use them have them!
*keep the kids together...for now but get another bed for Rachele...thanks to my sister that will be cheap (free)!!
*try not to let it get the best of us!!

This time next week I should have an answer on the new job. the only thing I have to do is find my hard copy of my license...I can find my expired one but not my current one...eeekk! If nothing else I can try to get a new copy from the state!!! I need to change my address with them anyway!

I feel good about it however I will continue to pray and figure out for sure that this is what I am supposed to do!

So I woke up with a blinding headache...I think it was from the "broken" sleep. I called into work to try to get more sleep. I took my meds and crawled back to bed. I woke up again at about 800 when Kenny joined me. I woke up again at 900 and it is still hear. Plus it is snowing...so the barametric pressure is not normal...go figure!!

On another note...I have school all squared away!!

I haven't felt like blogging. I have lots to talk about...just haven't felt like blogging about them though!!

So here it is...

we put a bid on a house...so far it looks like its ours...no more flooded basement and clogged plumbing!!

I applied for a new job at a different hospital...looks promising...I go back for a staff interview and job shadow on the 20th.

I applied for a lead job at my current hospital...does not look like I'm getting it! It's ok with all the termole that is going on not sure I want to stay there...hence the other job interview!!

I got re-enrolled in school...by the end of this summer I hope to have my degree all done!!!

Church was good even though I have had a killer headache. We had an awesome talk with the Bishop after church. Confirming that we needed to talk to a higher power to get some guidance. I took a nap to help with my headache. We had an awesome late lunch/early dinner. Even though it is raining and my basement will get wetter I'm ok with it! We think we have an answer and I will post more later...over all a good day!!

Ok so we are not having any luck with things. However Lee has a promising job offer...it's not in heating and cooling but it is steady money and hours!! Which is what we need right now. I am also job searching to get out of hades...not sure I spelled it right! I am so drained from work that is straining my home life!

We are still trying to get some idea from our prayers on what we are supposed to do for a home!! We think we are supposed to down size and move into an apartment but we don't want to jump to quick just to make sure we are right! We want to make sure we are listening and hearing the spirit fully.

Oh my goodness...I am so stressed!!! Ok so the basement is flooded with about 4 inches of water in some spots!!! So I guess we have some major clean up to do...and we get to de cluter!!

I tried calling the insurance company and got no where...I was so angry I was crying because I could not get a person on the phone!!! I ended up leaving a very emotional message with the claims guy on his voicemail. Hey I understand everyone needs a day off but it should be easier to talk to a person on the weekend!! When I started my insurance with them at age 16 you could call anytime day or night...overtime it has become one of those things that went to the wayside...its called customer service people!!!

Well we are waiting on a plumber and looking for houses...again. At least this one is a land contract so we can walk away with out hurting our credit. The owner of the house said he understands but can't help. He can't loan us the money to fix the problem...because being a home owner means more than making the payment. Duh you don't think I know that?? But he is forgetting we can't get a loan for the house because we don't have a loan in our name...its in his name!!! Oh well, we can cut our losses and move on to the next thing!!! Man I'm so stressed!!!

We did get some answers though on things...I do understand why I have not gotten pregnant yet...its because of all this hassle. Having to be healthy and and not lift anything would be a bigger hassle right now!!

So I'm posting comments and not doing anything wrong...I then try to post a comment and it won't let me. I figure blog issues so I'll post them later no biggy!!! I then go to log out and I get a message saying that my blog had been deleted!!! I went into panic mode!!!!!

Well I go through the motions that blogger says to and I get it restored!!! I think I might make my blog private becuase blogger said they suspended my account for suspicious activity!!! Starting tomorrow when Lee's alarm goes off at 630am...I'm going to roll myself out of bed and get up and moving!!!

I have been "soul searching" another way of praying for me!!! These are my answers thus far...
1. I need to read my scriptures more!
2. I need to get my house in order!
3. I need to be more mindful of the spirits guidance!!
4. If I want a new baby I need to get on and stay on the path Heavenly Father has laid before me!!!
5. I need to work on prayers...not just the bedtime ones and the ones for answers...all of them!!!!
6. I need to be a better mom and wife!!!!

These are not any order but all very important! So hears to a new me...Starting tomorrow...3/1/2011!!!

So I have been looking at my last few posts...they are all about craziness going on or the giveaways...which in turn gets me no comments!

Ok so I understand about the giveaways...its just so I can enter to win more times so I don't care if I don't get a comment on those! However it bothers me that I didn't get any comments on my craziness. I try not to let it get to me but it does!! So here are a few new things to add to my list of things done and craziness...

1. I did my first swap meet and made a whooping 3 signs!! Which equals 30 bucks. Recouped the cost of the table rental and had some fun with my dad and sister. We are headed to Marshall next...

2. I got the Sure Cuts A Lot software for my Cricut and it has been a pain to get it to work. I finally got it to work on my desktop but I can't take that to swap meets to run the program!! So my dad bought an adapter thingy so I can go online with my HP laptop...well the darn cd drive did not work so now I guess I need to get a new laptop all together since my ACER isn't working right either!! So I get to save for that along with all the other stuff I need to save for!!!

3. The kids (really just Rachele) are on mid-winter break! So today is cleaning day for Rachele!!! Not going so good...I think she has been out in the livingroom more than she needs to be in order to get her room clean!!

4. We are trying to have another baby...when I say trying I mean we are not preventing...another month of a let down! I feel like why is this so hard. For Rachele it took me 9 months of not preventing, for Kenny it was 30 months, the miscarriage was 24 months! Why is it so long? I don't get it. Anyone with advice? I'm not over doing it, just not preventing it!!

5. The house seems to be in good order.

Another Crazy weekend...

I had another crazy weekend but this one was at work!!

Saturday was not so bad we had a few ups and downs but not anything we could not handle. It was just really busy!! At the end of the day we did have a patient come in with respiratory distress and we had to put her on life support! I made it out of work on time...barely!!

Sunday on he other hand was CRAZY!!!! It started out from the beginning!!! I had just clocked in and started the split (which is what we use to give out our assignment for the day)...and they called a code blue...so 3 of my 4 therapists clock in and go help the night shift crew! It ends with us medevacing the patient out to another hospital...were he died a short time later! But he was in really bad shape. When I was in the room before we sent him out I thought he was already gone...even though his vitals said otherwise! I did say a little prayer for him also!

The day gets worse because I had ER for all 12 hours and it was crazy busy all day...it was so full down there that they had patients in the hall all day even major patients. Major patients is just what it means they have a major thing going on!! Every time I was called down there I was down there for a minimum of 1 hour. I was supposed to leave at 630pm and did not get out of the ER until 630 so I gave report and left at 700pm...it was crazy!

Okay so my weekend was awesome!!!

On Thursday we noticed the drain was clogged again...yuck. It got to the carpet down there so that will have to come up...so we called the plumber and he can't get out until Monday. So we do some praying on what to do. We have the missionaries over on Friday after I get off work to share a few words and our conversion story. As they leave they ask if they could pray for anything for us...jokingly I say our drain. Well they prayed for it in their leaving/closing prayer.

On Saturday we go shopping to get some supplies for my signs...and eat at the Burger King out side the store...the kids play a bit and we all have fun...we actually go to the store to shop and I get my foam board for the signs and a few more things needed.

We told the kids we are going to go sledding...yippie!!! Well we leave the store and we are getting a HUGE snow storm...so I look at my weather channel app on my phone and it states we are going to get 1 to 1.5 inches an hour and it will last until 8pm with 2-4 inches total accumulation...now I suck at math but even I can figure out that this does not add up...we end up getting about 5-6 in our area...not to bad!! Well the snow lets up some and we decide we are still going sledding. Trying to make the best of our time and our worries of the drain...we have a hill in a city a few miles away that everyone uses. We head on over and head up the hill. Rachele, Kenny and I go first...well we catch some air and I land on my tail bone...ouch!! This happens three times on the same ride!!! So we head back up and Lee goes down with Rachele. Not an evenful ride...They get back up the hill and Kenny and I go again. This is when I remember why I quit sledding...the climb back up the hill!!! Well the kids decide they are done...but we talk them into one last run with all of us...It was awesome...I just wish we had been at the top still...we came down a bit to make the kids go! On the way back to the car Kenny says I swing? So they stop to swing for a minute and then we head home. We grab a Pizza! Pizza! deal from Little Ceasers...we decide that it was best not to create more dishes since the drain will not go down.

So it was fast Sunday and Lee is sick and I forgot so we did not do a true fast but we pray for the help we need to figure all this out, should me move and lose the house, should we try to do the big fix on the drain, and so on!!! Well we going a little slow this morning but we make it to church before sacrament!! I prayed and Lee prayed and the kids pestered...but hey they are kids!! We come home from church and the drain is clear!!! I do have to add that Lee poured this drain clear stuff that says it will work or its free!!! But I don't think thats what did it...Lee has been doing awesome at paying his tithes...me not so much but I told Lee that this weeks pay I was going to make sure I caught up on my tithes not matter how tight the money was!!! And I'm sticking to it!!! So my thoughts on this whole thing...with prayer and the Lord all things are possible. Being human one would say that the drain stuff worked and thats all it was but how else do you explain that it did not clear until after church and after I said I was going to catch up on tithes!!!???

I can't get the photo to upload but for those of you that are on FB you seen my two little paper bags I made with my cricut...

I have been trying to figure out how to package the loose letters for those not wanting them mounted so the thought came to me to make those paper bags and put them in there!

I have all the card stock from stampin up and really never use it so why not put it to use...right? Plus I can get card stock locally and replenish my bags or what ever it is I want to do...

I so love this!!! I wish I would have come up with this idea a year ago...if it takes off I might need to make a new blog just for it!!!

As I have stated on FB I am going to make signs at ham fests in the midwest...at least as many as I can get to. I have a picture posted on FB on what they will look like...almost. I still have some "tweaking" but they are cool. Andrea came up with a cool name...which has escaped me at the moment...but its a play on my name. I'll have to look it up on FB. My dad has offered me some other ideas to do too so I'll have more things to talk about here soon...Feb 20th is the 1st on. Yes I know its a Sunday but I have to check to see if its worth doing. If it is once I get things going I can have my sister and dad do the ones on Sunday's and that solves that problem!!!

Also for those who don't know ham fests are swap meets for ham radio clubs...it offers a wide variety of different things from radio stuff to books to t-shirts and so on!! I'm so geeked about this!!! Can you tell. Don't forget to check out the freebie stuff from Roberts Crafts!!

The new year is upon us...so time to revisit my goals...

Church...well we did get better at some things. Prayers for example...we do lots more. Class we try to get done on or before Saturday...still need some work.

School...lets not talk about that!

The kids...Kenny is potty trained...other than at night. Rachele gets more talking time and reading time.

Lee...he is doing really good. He needs to get some more weight off. He is having issues since he started working...but he has not gained any weight back! So he is maintaining...

Family history...um that's another thing we will not talk about!!

Household...well with the move we did clean up a lot!!! But I think we could get rid of a few more things!!!

So we spent Sunday afternoon snaking out the drain because the basement has been backing up...not bad but enough to notice. Nothing lost though...thankfully.

Well it did nothing but we did some roots out. so we returned the rented snake and called it a night. Deciding to call out a pro in the morning...well this so called pro said what we need is going to cost 1300 bucks to start and what he really wants us to do is going to cost a minimum of 3500 buck. HELLO he did not even try to do anything!!! That is what he just thought!

Well we are now renting the snake for 24 hours to do it ourselves.

Today was also the last day of my English class...well the teacher never showed up!! Let me enlighten you of our semester...
On day one we went over the paper work like normal. Nothing odd. Well week two she is sick and does not show up...hey we all get sick no biggy right? Well the weeks roll on and she gets more and more off track to the point it took her three weeks to grade one paper. Well because of her issue what ever it may be we end up only turning in 3 papers instead of 4 and the last one being worth 60% of the grade. Well the 14th week we show up to class to hand in our rough draft of this last paper worth so much and she is late...calling the school saying she will be in to please wait. We wait until 2pm (class starts at 1pm) and she is not in yet. Well someone takes our papers to the staff offices and puts them in her mailbox and says we waited she did not show. Well last week we had a snow day so we did not have class. So today being the last week we all go in and she never showed. Well someone goes to the staff office to see if they heard anything from her...nope nothing. So we turn in our papers to the office and lodge complaints to the dean. The big kicker is she has not even picked up the papers from the week she called and said she would be late!!! So I have no clue what my grade will be because as of right now 80% of my grade is in question because we have not had class in 3 weeks!

So I get done with that an go shopping for the kids...thanks family! Well we found the perfect gift for little man and walmart is out!! So we go to another walmart...out. We then decide to go to Toys r us...they have it but its like double the price!! We think lets see if they price match...this is what they say word for word..."we do not match if the price is lower"...as if someone would come in and say hey you know I seen this exact thing a walmart for 10 bucks more so charge me their price!!! I think what they meant was unless they have an add they can not match the price but that's not what they said! So I think I'm going to have to travel to a few more walmarts!!! I just need to get the kids away from me!!

Weekend Happenings...

Well we had Kenny's party...what a day. Lee had to work so I had to clean all by myself...I sound like I'm 10 and had to do chores or something...lol! But I got way more cleaned than Lee thought I would get done. It was like a mini Christmas present wise! But he deserves it with a birthday so close to Christmas.

Church was good. I forgot my lesson book so I had to wing the lesson but it turned out well. We did our tithing settlement...glad that's over! Next year will be better.

I am making candy garland...a crocheted chain with peppermint candy weaved in the chain. Maybe I'll post pictures once I get it on the tree.

Okay so I have been wanting to get back into crafts...but with limited funds I can only do so much. Well this wonderful new business opportunity has popped up.

Makiacreations.com is a new company based in Utah that has my name all over it. So I look into it and currently they require no start up fees. Right up my alley. This posts seems silly since most of the people that even look at it are out of towners but hey I might be willing to travel for a craft night with good friends. The catch to it is the crafts come undone...but they need to be paid for in advance...should not be a huge issue.

Sleeplessness...

So it would seem my husband and I are fighting sleep for whatever reason. For the past few days...sun-today we have not been able to sleep longer than a few hours without waking up. It is getting very annoying. I can't help but wonder what is going on inside of us that we can not sleep. I know a very boring post...but it's all I got!

So here it is Sunday and I'm lounging on the couch. Why some might ask? Well for one I was called off work but could still be called into work and for two it's my birthday I can do what I want.

I finally got my scentsy stuff and my house smells so yummy. Cinnamon and cloves so festive!

Harry Potter is running all day on ABC Family. Yippie...

My family just arrived with my gift...a sweater, sweatpants and chocolate!! Plus my Colace cuz I'm having issues...I will not got into detail!

So here it is Thursday...I'm off work and lounging in my pj's still (yes at 1130). Lee left for work at 11 and we/he has had a busy day already.

He has done laundry, dishes, cleaned the floors and put away some laundry. I've helped with getting the floor clean and the laundry. I also went through the pile of junk that has been left for ever...more than half of it was trash.

I have to make brownies to send to the nephew...we are sending him a care package now that he can get things without being yelled at by his TI. He should enjoy the goodies we are sending.

A lead position has come up at work so I applied for that...we will see how that goes. I only have two classes to finish up my degree and Lee keeps telling me if I did not have to take those again I would be a shoe in for the position. Well he forgets that when I'm off work I still have the kids unlike when he was in school we had a babysitter so he could get his work done. His latest answer is do it once the kids go to bed...hello even though they are in bed by 830 most nights I'm dog tired by then and have a hard time concentrating on my homework.

December is a busy month...a few birthdays and Christmas. It gets crazy. Why you ask...well Kenny's birthday is the 23rd and then Christmas is the 25th. So I think this will be the last year that he has a "real" birthday. Next year he will be 5 so I think it will be time to start "half" birthdays!

We made it to church. Yippie!!! I was starting to wonder cuz the rash is still kinda hanging out...but it looks like Rachele's eczema...now anyways!

The puppy has torn up two dog toys...to get to the squeaker...and a pillow that was in the dog cage. The big dog decided to pee in the house...I think in protest of the puppy so back to the kennel for him!

My nephew texted me today from TX to say with all the stuff going on in Korea that he could go there after tech school...yikes!! I think they might have been given a "warning" of that possibility.

My dad had his hernia fixed...things are good but slow.

Not sure what else to say so I'll sign off for now.

Oh wait...I'm going to go buy some fabric from fabric warehouse to make curtains...yea me!!

Oh so much...
Well I had to work Thanksgiving so we are doing dinner today with just us. We were supposed to go over to the in laws but with the rash we are not going...:(

The rash is much better and I talked to the infectious disease dr and he said there was no way it was either of the two skin issues....yippie!

We are doing Thanksgiving at my dads tomorrow so along with fixing dinner for us today I have to bake for tomorrow...no biggy though I love to bake.

We might even get to go to church...depends on the rash. Like I said it looks much better and it is not contagious like we were lead to believe so...

Ok so I have been just sitting around asking myself why is it that only Shanna has made comments on my posts lately?

So here is what I think...

*i have not commented in a while so there for neither has anyone else
*i made someone mad so thay aren't checking my blog

Well since I'm not as cool as Emily to give something away I'm going for pity...my kids are sick and I need to clean my house to ensure that the rash they have is not scabies even though it does not look like it. My kids dr thinks it molluscum contagiousum...look them up...you can see a huge difference between them and my kids looks like the molluscum contagiousum...bad thing is it could last a year or more to go away completely if it is that and it is highly contagious...hints the name I would assume. One of the other drs in the office says treat it as scabies and see what it does. Well thanks now I have to get ahold of everyone at church and family and babysitter and so on. Plus Lee know has to miss work to care the kids as we can't have them go to the babysitter!!! Great...at least I have that option cuz if I was single mom I would so lose my income for a week...taht would be so bad!

This marks my 250th post...yea me!

Today was a good day of church even if I lost it at the end...Rachele was chosen to do the scripture and closing prayer and she had a melt down...as I've stated in older posts (I'm sure) she has melt downs at church frequently but only when I'm there, as we are in primary again she is starting up, which in turn made me lose it when she started up...I got my talking to from Lee about how inappropriate it was but it is something I know I need to work on as well as Rachele on her emo stuff!!

We got a new puppy...pictures later!! She is a Jack Russell. Her name is Brownie. She is 5 months and weights 13.8# a far cry from Hemit's 113#.

I have been getting a few headaches because I have decided that I should come off my daily meds because why tempt fate if I don't have to right?

I went and spent a little time with my best friend from high school today...her mom had a scensty party...those are some really nice warmers and scents. I have a headache from smelling them all. Not badly priced either!

So it is my weekend to work so no fasting for me...Lee forgot about it so he did not fast either. It was a good day for us all.

I never knew I could get a calling without being at church...no biggy. I cool with it.

I do kinda wish it was out of primary...but I must be needed there! I have had a calling in primary since we joined the church almost...maybe a few months worth not in primary. The funny thing is other than in FW my callings have been in the valiants. It should be fun!!

Life...

Well, I feel like life is just going by to fast. I'm sure everyone has felt that. Well I am working on trying to get my family to slow down and enjoy our time together. Like today. Rachele has a half day so why get up and send her to school? So we slept in and we are enjoying the play sounds coming from the room. Lee is sitting on the couch checking the weather and I'm on the computer typing this.

Life is good. I feel a little crazy here and there. But who doesn't. Lee and I are closer to being on the same page of another child...even though he will joke with me when I loss my control and say "and you want more". It is hard to get him to understand on those days when the kids just don't listen that you can't always stay cool calm and collected. You would think that the time he played the stay at home dad he would remember that the kids will test you but he doesn't. I should ween myself off my daily migraine meds so I don't have to worry about any side effects it might have on a growing baby. I have done lots of research and most of it says that there could be something that goes wrong but no current research has been done. I also found that the Mayo Clinic suggests using it during pregnancy...so exactly how bad could it be...especially since I'm on the lowest dose possible.

As ominous as it sounds it really is not that bad...

Our dog was peeing in the old house...we think it was because the little dog had peed a few times in that area so he was marking his territory. Well we started kenneling him at night and when we would leave. Since we moved and only have him I decided to test him last night.

And so far he is good. Not sure where he slept. But he did not go pee anywhere. I think we will still kennel him when we leave but only time will tell.

So here we are another Sunday...

*We did not go to church as Rachele had her last football game to cheer at. So she wanted to cheer and we went.
*We went out trick or treating...the kids got lots of candy.
*Lee and I have been having more and more arguments...not sure what is causing them but I do plan on figuring them out. We tend to get over them quickly but it un-nerving.
*We are going to start a new schedule with everything in our life...from bedtimes for the kids to enough time with each other.
*I feel that we are forgetting something important. I know we have the holy ghost in our life so it is not that but I feel it.
*A great time to be had by all...trunk or treating at the church yesterday!

Happy Sunday...it is almost November...just a few short hours left of October...where did the year go?

I have found me an awesome store...Fabric Warehouse. They carry lots and lots of fabric...at cheap prices...3.99 to 6.99! At least that is the prices that I seen.

Maybe this will feed my need to craft...or make it stronger!

So much stuff but I held back. I got the print to make something out of it...it is separated out. The off white stuff is vinyl...to maybe make diaper covers...it appears to be the same style PUL that was used on my other diaper covers! The trim is self explanatory!

I feel the need to craft or do something (other than house work). However all my craft stuff is packed up still plus I let my dad barrow my table to put his ham radio stuff on until he could get his shelves/tables built. I do have a card table I could possibly use but then what should I do?

I feel the need to read something just for me...not related to school. I was able to read some of the conference talks. I really felt the love of the Lord in my home yesterday.

I feel the need to be a better person. I sometimes feel that I suck at life. I know we are our own worst critic but I do still feel that way. Even on the antidepressant for my migraines I feel that way. It is funny that something that is supposed to make you feel happy can help with a migraine but it works! The only bad thing is you are supposed to use caution when getting pregnant. I have done my research...it is not harmful unless taken in higher doses...and I'm on the lowest dose and the Mayo clinic suggests using it in pregnancy.

I feel the need to get life back in order. Lee says we are as close to normal as we can get but I still feel like we are lacking something. We had the baby talk today...I know we have at least one more soul that is meant to be guided by us. Could that be what is missing?

*The primary program was today...I missed it :( I had to work. Lee said it was good and the kids did good!

*Work was crazy, we had 2 emergency's surgeries which meant we had 2 more very sick people to add to our load. They both had some sort of bowel issue. So they were on a ventilator. Plus we had a patient who could not breath very well and I called a RRT (which is like a code blue but you don't have to resuscitate the patient), well his breathing turned around with a breathing treatment so I was doubting my calling the RRT. But during all of this they good a fresh set of vitals and his BP was 200's/100's. So my instinct to call the RRT was accurate. I felt like I did good.

*A new set of classes start this week. I am already behind on the reading...I could not remember what box I packed the books in. I did find them last night.

*Even though I did not go to church I do feel like I was able to feel the Lord and his blessings, I actually feel that is why I called the RRT on my patient. I really don't think it was all me.

I have been sick almost everyday for the past two weeks...I have good days and bad days.
Kinda like when your prego...not admitting anything here...to early to tell.
I can still function and I don't feel sick sick just blah with the upset tummy...any ideas??

Okay so I had to go back to December of 2009 to find them all but I did...

Church...we are doing better with prayers, class we did awesome with (no callings yet so we will see how the rest of the year goes), FHE we still slack on somewhat but my Monday night class ends this week so maybe I could get things going again.

School...I am really doing bad on this one. I started out good then slack off. The procrastination inside me comes out.

The kids...We are being more understanding. With the move it was very time consuming and the kids felt neglected, I could tell by their actions. We are getting back on target. I just need to figure out how to get Rachele out of the whining mode. Once I do I'll write a book for all to read and I can then be rich...lol!

Lee...He is doing well with his weight loss but has hit a plateau. But his Dr is pleased anyway.

Family History...Okay so we have our Recommends but we have yet to go. We moved even closer to the temple when we got the new house...I know for me it is because I don't feel up to the emotional toll it is going to have on me.

Household...Okay with the move we got rid of a few things. Not much...as I said before we did give away a lot of toys to the church. We still have many things to unpack and go through to include stuff from when we moved from Fort Wayne. I know if we have not used it in that many years we should get rid of it but some of it was expensive stuff or keepsake stuff. So until I can part with it the stuff stays.

My version of Grateful Sunday...

*I love our new/old Ward...feels like we really never left other than some new faces. The ward has changed a bit in the 2 and half years or so that we have been gone.
*A nice day to play with the family and brush out the dog...he really needed it we must have brushed out another dog.
*A loving family that does not care when I mess up or forget things.
*Some great friends that I keep up with via my blog or on FB! I really miss my Fort Wayne friends. I'm glad that we can stay in touch via the internet.
*A Bishop who is not afraid to break away from the norms and put people on the spot to bare their testimony...I'm sure he'll get me soon!

Emotions!!

Today I am feeling over whelmed with emotions. I don't know how to explain it. I have no idea where it is coming from.

My thoughts of why...

1. Had I not miscarried I should have given birth by now...good idea of why.
2. My nephew is away at basic training and he sent his first post card home...another good reason why.
3. My neck hurts really bad...pain always makes someone want to cry.
4. We seem to be under a lot of stress...yet another good reason to cry.
5. Lee got a notice in the mail to go to court over his child support stuff...he pays every month why bother him!! Very annoyed by this.
Ok I think I hit everything...

My baby girl is 7...were did the years go? Next year is the big birthday...I think I should start planning it now. What do you guys think. I did not take any pictures...silly me. Aunt Cathy did though...maybe I could use some of hers. Or I could take a picture of her tomorrow in her new clothes...

As for conference...we watched the Saturday morning session while waiting for the Sunday morning session to start. Very uplifting...while we cleaned up more stuff for the party. I think we can catch the rest of it later...or read it in the Ensign next month.

So we have spent a few days in the new house...loving it. Lee has gotten us unpacked in some areas. I have gotten a few things unpacked for the kitchen. Today is a good day to unpack some more...if the rain would stop I could get more motivation. I hate the rain...I love what it does for the earth. So I guess it is a love hate relationship.

On the cheer thing...the mom was all over the news...still not telling anyone about why she was really kicked off the team. She violated the by laws of the league and violated the parent code of conduct by putting a bad light on the league...so no matter if you agree with her or not on the cheer she still has to own up to the fact that she is lieing about the full details.

Conference is coming up...exciting. I love hearing from the prophet and the other higher calling holders. Rachele has decided she hates conference...only because she can't get a special gift from primary. I told her that she will but it will be on the following Sunday. One day this will not be an issue. It's kinda funny both my kids have a birthday with special meaning...Rachele was born on conference weekend (most of the time)...Kenny was born on December 23rd...so he shares his birthday with Prophet Joseph Smith. Very cool. I hope they find it special no matter what...all in due time I'm sure.

Cheer Issue

Most of you have seen me post on FB about this...

I just want to say if you did follow it at all, that things did not go the way the outed mom says they did. I agree that they should not have been kicked off the team but she should have followed proper protocol. She faught to get her daughter on the team and called a board member to help out but when it came down to getting her objections heard, she ran to the news with a tape of all of our kids to be shown on TV. All of this because she did not get the answer she wanted from the start. She was told to take her objections to a board meeting and then was told when those meetings were. Like the coach stated the words are handed out on the 1st day of practice and she did not have an issue until 3 weeks after the fact. I can say I'm not thrilled about the words but I know what context the words are used. So I do not have an issue with them. Plus the news has yet to get the words right...which I guess is not big deal to some people but for me it is. The words are my back aches, my skirts to tight, my booty shakes from left to right. Not like the news says...our backs ache, our skirts to tight, we shake our booties from left to right. Even Lee says it just samantics but if you say it that way it makes it worse...at least to me.
